With a solid experience in advice and the judiciary, Cléo Buchheim (-Dubuis) supports and accompanies her clients in the planning and development of their personal projects in Switzerland and abroad, in particular in family law. She acts as lawyer and mediator.

Cléo assists and advises in particular her private clients in the context of their personal projects (marriage, settling in Switzerland, family reunification, estate planning, agreement between cohabiting partners, agreement concerning children) as well as in the event of the occurrence of litigation (separation, divorce, child custody, child protection, end of cohabitation).

Trained in collaborative law and mediator, Cléo also provides information and assists her clients in the amicable resolution of disputes.

Experience.

After obtaining a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Swiss law from the University of Lausanne,

Cléo worked as a clerk at the District Court of La Côte. She then completed her legal internship in a Geneva firm, mainly in the judicial team, and was admitted to the bar in 2011. She then worked as a lawyer for six years in an international lawfirm, mainly in the field of advice and litigation.

On this occasion, she also developed her interest and skills in family law, her favorite field. She then joined a Lausanne firm in early 2019 as a partner and founded in 2020 a lawfirm in which she was active as partner before joining in October 2022 Legal Insights Sàrl as a partner.

She is also a mediator, especially in family law.

Cléo assists her clients in French and English.
