Mickaël Guerra has an extensive knowledge of commercial law (business law, company law) and contract drafting. He assists and represents his private and commercial clients both in and out of court.
More generally, Mickaël is passionate about the practice of his profession and the law, of which he has mastered various areas. It is important to him to stay as close as possible to his clients' wishes, while safeguarding their interests through rigorous and tenacious defense.
Experience.
After obtaining a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree with honors, Mickaël Guerra set up a legal consultancy business. There, he advised a clientele made up of individuals and corporate entities.
Based on this experience as a jurist, Mickaël began an LL.M. specializing in international business law with a focus on dispute resolution, which he obtained with honors.
His professional career then focused on practicing law with a Geneva law firm of international renown, mainly active in arbitration law, providing multinationals and governments with advice, assistance, and representation in complex cross-border disputes.
Mickaël then embarked on a career as a lawyer, after which he qualified as an attorney-at-law, worked as an associate, and then became a partner at LEGAL INSIGHTS.
Thanks to his experience and involvement in simple, complex, national, and international disputes for private, commercial, institutional, and state clients, Mickaël will advise, assist and represent you as closely as possible to your interests.
